Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 13, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ascendancypartners.com (the "Site") and the partnership application process operated by Ascendancy Partners ("Ascendancy", "we", "our", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site and our services

The Site is an information and intake platform for founders, operators, creators, and brands interested in partnering with Ascendancy. Submission of an application does not create any partnership, agency, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between you and Ascendancy. A partnership exists only when set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

No offer of investment or securities

Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to buy or sell securities, investment advice, or a commitment of capital. References to equity, advisory, or revenue-share structures describe the kinds of arrangements we may explore with qualified founders, subject to diligence and definitive documentation.

Application content

You represent that any information or files you submit through the Site are accurate, non-confidential to third parties, and that you have the right to share them. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Ascendancy a limited, internal-use license to review and evaluate your submission for purposes of considering a partnership.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, submitting unlawful or harmful content, automating submissions, or interfering with the operation of the Site.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content (excluding user submissions) — including text, graphics, logos, and source code — are the property of Ascendancy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ascendancy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or your decision to submit information for review.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
